Sorry, I have not put up for a long time. First off, I love to watch college football. I do not know if the BCS will work to match the #1 to face #2 in a bowl game. Unfortanately, if the BCS poll holds up, we already watch this matchup before the bowls already got started. We will end up watching Ohio State face Michigan and the season is already over. Unless Louisville stays undefeated, the BCS National Championship Game is going to be full of controversy.

A college football playoff format is the only way to determine the true national championship because we can eliminate disputes with three unbeatens or multiple 11-1 teams. But it would not happen because the university presidents will not allow it. College football purists would not agree with it, but many fans would like it. Maybe within the next twenty years or so, there will be talks for a football championship in Division I-A. And maybe the NCAA will reconsider it.
