Seahawks, Texas A&M resolve 12th man dispute

During the Super Bowl, Seahawk fans has been implementing the 12th man in their games. This has caught the attention to Texas A&M that they called the first shot, and they filed the lawsuit against the Seattle Seahawks. Texas A&M hold the trademark, and they did not have any merchandises about it. It was not been part of the fans, and and only local media attached it to the football team. Get this: very few outside of vicinities of Seattle and College Station, TX, has ever heard of the 12th man frenzy. Therefore, it was open for any football fan to implement the 12th man slogan. They should have not placed a lawsuit in the first place, and they should resolve it years ago.
