Oakland A's to Fremont: Very Likely
San Francisco 49ers to Santa Clara: Maybe

Looks like the Silicon Valley are looking forward to have two more sport francises sometime in the next decade. San Jose (the largest city in the Bay Area) appears to be an attractive place for business to invest more pro sports francise. Teams are moving to the suburbs because it is either too expemsive to build a stadium within the city limits or it is better to have a location where it is adequate for traffic to move in and out of the venue.

Just today, the city of San Francisco is still negotiating with the 49ers to build a stadium close to the current location Monster Part at Candlestick Point. The 2016 Olympic bid would be one of the reasons that the 49ers could stay within the city instead of moving to Santa Clara.
