Indy Racing League

Last week, I mentinoed that NASCAR is being overexposed for driving in a circular loop. Okay, there is a different auto racing league called the Indy Racing League. The cars go much faster than the ones in NASCAR, going over 200 MPH, and it is more dangerous. Last month, a driver (Paul Dana) was killed after a crash and being run over.

Many of you keep on hearing the female racer named Danica Patrick. She is not a rookie anymore, and she has been placed in pole position many times. The reason why Danica Patrick can compete with other drivers is because she is the lightest driver on the track. Thus, the car engine would not require extra power to drive faster. The cars are weigthed without the driver before a race. And just because she is appears on FHM does not mean that she will be a bust in the sport. Looks does not factor an athletes performance. Only her off-the-field behavior and the relationship with the media will affect her performance on the field.
